Welcome to casualise.com. We aim to provide our customers with quality casual wear printed as per our unique graphic designs. We have specific policies regarding exchanges and refunds.

  1. General Policy
  • All products sold on casualise.com are printed and dispatched upon order confirmation.
  • Our suppliers handle the printing, shipping, and payment collection for cash-on-delivery orders.
  • We do not offer returns or refunds except in cases of manufacturing defects, incorrect prints, or wrong items delivered.
  1. Eligibility for Exchange or Refund

You may be eligible for an exchange or refund in the following cases:

  1. Defective or Damaged Products – If you receive a product with printing defects, fabric damage, or other manufacturing issues.
  2. Incorrect Order Fulfillment – If you receive the wrong design, size, or product different from what was ordered.
  3. Product Not as Described – If the product significantly differs from the images and description provided on our website.
  4. Supportings to be provided by customer – Customers must provide evidence, such as properly (issue should clearly visible) captured photos, videos, and a description, to show that the issue is genuine.

Note: Slight color variations due to screen differences or minor print alignment shifts do not qualify as defects.

  1. Exchange & Refund Process

Step 1: Raise a Request

  • Email us at contact@casualise.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Provide your order number, clearly captured images, videos, and a description of the defect or incorrect product, and a brief description of the issue.

Step 2: Supplier Verification

  • We will review your request within 3-5 business days post receipt of your request.
  • If the claim is approved, you will receive further instructions for exchange or refund.

Step 3: Return & Replacement

  • If approved, we will initiate a free replacement for the correct product.
  • In case of unavailability, a full refund will be processed to as store credit or your original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or bank transfer.
  1. Conditions for Exchange & Refund
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Requests submitted beyond 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
  • No exchanges or refunds will be provided for orders where incorrect details (size, color, or design) were entered by the customer during purchase.
  • casualise.com reserves the right to reject exchange/refund claims if the issue does not align with our policy.
